Season's Eden Policies

Please read these policies carefully before using our services or making a reservation at Season's Eden.

1. Cancellation Policy

At Season's Eden, we strive to offer flexibility while ensuring the sustainability of our boutique retreat. Our cancellation policy balances guest needs with our commitment to maintaining a unique experience:

Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival: Eligible for a full refund, less a 5% administrative fee.

Cancellations made 15–29 days before arrival: Eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking.

Cancellations made 14 days or fewer before arrival: Non-refundable.
-
No-shows or early departures: Non-refundable.

Deposit Policy:

A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The balance is due 30 days before arrival. Bookings made within 30 days of arrival require full payment.

Exceptions:

In cases of extreme weather, government restrictions, or force majeure, Season's Eden may issue a credit toward a future stay, valid for 12 months, at management's discretion.

How to Cancel:

Cancellations must be requested in writing via email to info@seasonseden.com or through our booking platform.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed according to the cancellation policy outlined above and apply to accommodations, merchandise, and event bookings:

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.

Guests may elect to receive a booking credit, valid for 12 months, instead of a monetary refund.

Non-refundable items: Special event tickets, food and beverage packages, and consumable add-ons (e.g., firewood, s'mores kits) are non-refundable once purchased or consumed.

Refund delays caused by your financial institution are beyond Season's Eden's control.

In the rare event Season's Eden must cancel your stay due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rebooking credit will be provided at your choice.

3. Privacy Policy

Season's Eden respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. We collect only what is necessary to provide exceptional service:

Information We Collect: Name, contact details, payment information, guest preferences, and booking history.

Use of Information: To process reservations, personalize guest experiences, provide customer support, and communicate updates or offers (with opt-in consent).

Data Protection: All payment transactions are securely encrypted. We do not store full credit card details. Guest data is stored securely and retained only as long as necessary to meet legal and business obligations.

Sharing: Information is shared only with trusted service providers (such as payment processors, booking platforms, and communication systems) required to deliver our services.

Guest Rights: Guests may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data, and may opt out of marketing communications. Requests can be made by contacting privacy@seasonseden.com.

Compliance: Our practices are aligned with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA where relevant.

4. Terms & Conditions

By booking with Season's Eden, you agree to the following terms, conditions, and house rules:

Booking & Payments:

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at booking; balance is due 30 days before arrival.

Reservations made within 30 days of arrival must be paid in full.

Guest Responsibilities:

Guests agree to respect the property, facilities, and natural environment.

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Smoking, illegal activity, and unauthorized events are strictly prohibited.

Pets are not permitted unless specifically stated in the accommodation listing.

The lead guest is responsible for the conduct of their entire party.

Liability & Waiver:

Use of trails, lakes, gardens, and recreational facilities is at guests' own risk.

Season's Eden is not liable for accidents, injuries, illnesses, theft, or loss of personal property.

Guests are encouraged to carry personal travel insurance.

Damages & Security Deposit:

A refundable damage deposit or pre-authorization hold may be required at check-in.

-

Guests are responsible for damages or excessive cleaning beyond normal wear and tear. Charges will be applied to the card on file.

Check-In/Check-Out:

Standard check-in: 3:00 PM or later. Standard check-out: by 11:00 AM.

Early check-in/late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur a fee.

Amendments & Cancellations by Property:

Requests to modify reservations must be made in writing. Changes are subject to availability and may incur fees.

Season's Eden reserves the right to cancel reservations due to force majeure or property-related issues. In such cases, a full refund or future booking credit will be offered.

Governing Law:

-

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes shall first attempt resolution through mediation.

Policy Acknowledgement:

By confirming your booking and/or entering the property, you acknowledge and agree to all Season's Eden policies.
